We focus on identifying individuals that can embrace the company vision and then execute through leadership to bring that vision to life for our guests. Management Staff provides every guest with the personal attention necessary to ensure that their family has a safe, fun and friendly experience when they visit Ollie Koala's BackYard.

Martin Baugh

Manager
Martin Baugh has over 10 years in the food service industry, 7 years of which have been spent operating Family Entertainment Centers. He plays a key role in maintaining the ongoing quality of the Ollie Koala product. Martin oversees all technical requirements for the business. Martin also directs all training requirements for the BackYard Bunch to ensure the Ollie Koala staff provides exceptional service to all of our guests. As a key manager, Mr. Baugh helps drive the Ollie vision and ensures the operational requirements of the facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Thomas Johnson

General Manager
As General Manager, Thomas Johnson is responsible for the day to day operations of the business. He is also directly involved with expansion planning and preparation for new locations. With over 16 years of experience in the FEC business, Thomas helps drive the company vision of every guest leaving happy and ensures that the operational requirements of the company are being maintained to the highest standards. Mr. Johnson has degrees in both Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management from the Florida Community College in Jacksonville.

From the first friendly, "Hiya Mate!" to the last "Hooroo!" we will make sure your time in Ollie's BackYard is loads of fun by providing a safe and friendly environment, great food, and games and rides kept in tip-top shape. Our Birthday Heros, will even personally assist you with each party so you can relax and enjoy!
